Description

Join us for a session that will offer a deeper look at a variety of transition-related resources and tools. These resources aim to support high schoolers with developmental disabilities, their families, and their service providers/educators in preparing for the transition from high school into adulthood.

Discussion will include a variety of transition pathways (e.g., graduating with a diploma or certificate of completion, pursuing post-secondary education and/or employment).

In partnership with stakeholders in the field, Ivymount's Professional Collaborative serves as a learning platform to drive effective services and connections and to grow the education community more broadly, through events like this.
